Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a warm smile and genuine hospitality
- Maintain eye contact and communicate enthusiastically with guests
- Provide table touchpoints and proactively offer assistance
- Keep the dining room and restrooms clean stocked and guest-ready
- Anticipate guest needs and create emotional connections
- Uphold and model the restaurants vision and values
- Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Support fellow team members and foster a positive team environment
- Communicate clearly and courteously with guests and team members
- Follow all Chick-fil-A rules procedures and dress code standards
- Perform other dining roomrelated duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Consistent reliable and punctual
- Cheerful positive and guest-focused attitude
- Passion for serving and helping others
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule
- Ability to lift and carry 1050 lbs regularly
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
Education & Experience
- No education or prior experience required we provide training
