What You Will Do

Systematically track yoursales performance and territory progress towardquota andcollaborate closely with yourRegional ManagerandsupportingSales Representativesto exceed your goals.

Conductproduct evaluationsinOperating Room (OR)and clinical office settings persuasivelydemonstratingtheclinical and economic value of Stryker productsto healthcare professionals.

Use your productexpertiseand fast thinking to solve real-time issues and educate surgeons nurses and staff on the correct use and maintenance of ourspine and enabling technologies.

Maintain and manage yoursample product inventorywith precision ensuringyourealways prepared to support our customers when they need it most.

Provideterritory coverageas needed which presents opportunities togrowyour sales acumen and expand your responsibilities.

What You Need

Required:

BachelorsDegree

Preferred:

1 year of experience inmedical device salesorbusiness-to-business (B2B) sales

Additional Information

Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

Musthave a valid drivers license.

Possible off-hours weekends and holidays to support business needs.

This position requires the handling of instruments that may have been contaminated by blood or other bodily compliance with Occupational Safety and HealthAdministration (OSHA) regulations Stryker will provide a safe working environment for all employees.

$60000.00 salary plus bonus eligible benefits. Individual pay is based on skills experience and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 50%
