An exciting English teaching opportunity for an ECT
A large well-regarded secondary school in Manchester is seeking an English Teacher (ECT) to join its thriving English department.
Job Overview
This full-time role is available ASAP or January 2026 teaching KS3 and KS4 English with opportunities to develop KS5 teaching experience in the future.

Salary: MPS (ECT scale)
English Teacher (ECT) Experience & Qualifications
Degree in English or related discipline
QTS (or expected)
Ability to teach English at KS3/4
Legal right to work in the UK
Passion for literacy and learning
