Core Responsibilities & Teaching Scope
Creative Expression: Instructing Drama across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (GCSE) only.
Performance Skills: Guiding students through devised work and technical theatre basics.
Professional Standards: Evidence-gathering for the ECF through regular reflections and video-based peer review.
Compensation & Benefits
Essential Requirements: Hold or be soon to obtain QTS. Relevant Degree in Drama.
Salary: Paid on the Teachers Pay Scale (M/UPS) with Inner London weighting.
Support: Specialist AV technician support and a supportive artistically-inclined faculty.
