The role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive - Payables to join our Finance team. The role will focus primarily on Accounts Payable operations ensuring accuracy timeliness and compliance with financial and tax regulations. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.

What youll be doing

• Process and verify supplier invoices ensuring accuracy and appropriate approvals

• Maintain vendor records and manage supplier relationships

• Prepare and execute payment runs in accordance with company policies and timelines

• Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve invoice/payment discrepancies

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to Accounts Payable

• Assist with reconciliations accruals and other accounting tasks as required

• Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the Finance team
  

Who were looking for

• Relevant educational background in accounting finance or a related field

• Proven experience in accounts payable

• Experience using ERP systems ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel

• Proficient in English

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
