Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Java Developer with hands-on experience integrating LexisNexis Bridger Insight and FircoSoft screening solutions. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of AML/KYC processes and automation contributing to the enhancement and integration of screening tools within our existing platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Integrate and optimize FircoSoft and Bridger Insight screening solutions within our enterprise systems.
- Develop enhance and maintain Java-based modules supporting AML and KYC operations.
- Collaborate with compliance and operations teams to refine screening rules workflows and automation processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues to ensure seamless operation.
- Work closely with engineering teams on deployment scaling and ongoing support of screening solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven hands-on experience with LexisNexis Bridger Insight and FircoSoft products.
- Strong Java / J2EE development background with a focus on enterprise application integration.
- Demonstrated experience integrating AML/KYC screening tools into large-scale enterprise systems.
- Deep understanding of AML sanctions screening and KYC compliance workflows.
- Proficiency in API development message processing and risk assessment logic.
- Strong SQL skills and database experience.
- Prior experience in the financial services or banking domain is preferred.
- Familiarity with Spring Boot REST APIs microservices architectures.
- Knowledge of message queue systems such as MQ or Kafka and experience working within cloud environments.
