3-5 Must Haves	-Must Have: ProofPoint plus Microsoft skills -Need someone who has used Proof Point recently -Need Intune (they are implementing Intune) -NOT looking for an admin looking for a true engineer

Required Skills : * Certifications: Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) or relevant certifications are preferred * Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of On-Premises Active Directory Hybrid Environments Azure Sync Microsoft Entra O365 Exchange and ProofPoint * SSO Technologies: Proficiency in Single Sign-On technologies including SCIM SAML OAuth and JIT provisioning * Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues * Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and documentation
