Job Summary

Title: Data Scientist

Location: Atlanta GA (Locals to GA Only)

Duration: Long Term

Qualifications:

Bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science Statistics Mathematics or a related field.
Proven experience as a Data Scientist with a strong track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions.
Strong knowledge of both Generative AI and traditional AI techniques including deep learning natural language processing and statistical modeling.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R and experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g. pandas NumPy scikit-learn).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively to develop innovative data-driven solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience working in a collaborative cross-functional team environment is highly desirable.
Real production experience with MLOps in Databrick particularly with experience in Model registration and evaluation
Anthropics Model Context Protocol Azure AI Agent Service or Dapr
Having built AI Agents and integrating those agents into a reasoning model
Integrating Agents (home built or otherwise) into advanced reasoning models
AI Platform capabilities like implementing constraitns monitoring automated testing etc.

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in using Databricks for data science work including data preprocessing feature engineering model training and evaluation.
Apply both Generative AI and traditional AI techniques to solve complex business problems and optimize processes
Solid understanding of data visualization techniques and tools (e.g. Qlik Tableau Power BI) to effectively communicate complex findings to stakeholders.
