Qualifications Skills and Experience
- Proven track record of successfully supporting a production environment within HR (SuccessFactors Zellis Aon)
- Excellent Understanding of the following modules
- Recruitment
- Onboarding
- Employee Central
- Learning Management
- Performance Management (Objectives/goals and Appraisals)
- Understanding of interfaces/integration from SuccessFactors including but not limited to Reporting centre Integration Centre Boomi and CPI
- Understanding of Payroll and benefits systems such as Zellis and AON
- Proven experience of working closely with business users of different levels including Senior middle and junior levels.
- Use of productivity tools such as Confluence and Jira.
- Proven experience of working with mixed teams of permanent staff contractors consultants vendors & cloud/out-sourcing service providers.
- Understanding of IT Control processes such as change management segregation of responsibilities.
