Job Summary

Qualifications Skills and Experience

Proven track record of successfully supporting a production environment within HR (SuccessFactors Zellis Aon)
Excellent Understanding of the following modules
Recruitment
Onboarding
Employee Central
Learning Management
Performance Management (Objectives/goals and Appraisals)
Understanding of interfaces/integration from SuccessFactors including but not limited to Reporting centre Integration Centre Boomi and CPI
Understanding of Payroll and benefits systems such as Zellis and AON
Proven experience of working closely with business users of different levels including Senior middle and junior levels.
Use of productivity tools such as Confluence and Jira.
Proven experience of working with mixed teams of permanent staff contractors consultants vendors & cloud/out-sourcing service providers.
Understanding of IT Control processes such as change management segregation of responsibilities.
