Technical Curriculum Developer Hyderabad Hybrid

Client is seeking a Technical Curriculum Developer responsible for creating effective high-quality training content across multiple media formats to enable customers and partners to deploy and use ServiceNows industry products.

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic highly self-motivated and deeply passionate about creating best-in-class learning content that empowers learners to maximize their understanding and value of the ServiceNow AI Platform and assigned industry products while delivering seamless learning experiences.

• Be part of a highly technical content and curriculum design team ensuring the quality and success of new and existing on-demand courseware.

• Develop and manage delta updates to courseware to maintain up-to-date knowledge with every ServiceNow AI Platform release.

• Create diverse learning materials including written content video-based learning interactive modules and job aids for self-service training.

• Participate in pre-release planning to review and discuss upcoming changes across multiple product portfolios.

• Write concise chapter narratives and develop real-world examples and guided labs.

• Design and develop various assessment types to measure learners skills knowledge and abilities.

• Develop engaging training content focused on Generative AI and Agentic AI aligned with ServiceNows industry products.

• Strengthen learning outcomes while expanding expertise in AI solutions using ServiceNow-approved AI tools and resources.

• Collaborate closely with course owners instructors cross-functional teams key stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather requirements and develop course specifications.

• Demonstrate project management skills by supporting course owners in completing assigned tasks across multiple courses.

• Review learning materials to identify improvement areas and design innovative solutions to address gaps.

• Collect classify and analyze course survey data and share insights with course owners.

• Support content testing and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and functionality within ServiceNow University.

• Assist with lab instance support by setting up ServiceNow configuration packages for each platform release.

To be successful in this role you should have:

• 4 years of experience in education curriculum design and content development using strong instructional design principles.

• 4 years of experience contributing to customer-facing education development projects.

• 3 5 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow AI Platform.

• Preferably 2 years of hands-on experience or practical familiarity with ServiceNow CRM products (CSM FSM SOM).

• Experience with web technologies such as XML HTML Angular Bootstrap JavaScript and web services in a SaaS environment.

• Strong consulting and influencing skills including the ability to present options with pros cons and risks to stakeholders.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across global teams and time zones with flexibility in working hours when required.

• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced evolving environment including flexibility to work extended hours during peak periods.

• High levels of creativity flexibility dependability and problem-solving capability.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects timelines and deliver results.

• Experience in graphics templates icons and multimedia development throughout the instructional design process.

• Experience with rapid content development and quick turnaround delivery; experience incorporating assessments into learning programs is a plus.

• Strong project management skills to organize training initiatives and ensure content quality.

• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word Excel PowerPoint).

• Hands-on experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 Captivate Rise and design tools like SnagIt Camtasia ScreenFlow.

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and web conferencing platforms (e.g. Zoom WebEx).

• Experience using AI tools to enhance learning processes improve problem-solving and increase operational efficiency.

• Ability to critically evaluate and integrate AI into workflows decision-making and training strategies.

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in Instructional Design Education Organizational Development or equivalent practical experience.

• Industry certifications in instructional design curriculum development performance improvement project management or relevant content domains are preferred.
