Job Summary:
LPN (LTC)
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides high-quality nursing care to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility. The LPN supports residents with daily medical needs collaborates with interdisciplinary teams and ensures compliance with facility policies and state nursing regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years recent LTC experience - required
- AHA BLS certification required
- TN state license or compact state license - required
- No locals/50 miles radius rule
