Location: Charlotte NC (Hybrid 2 days onsite)

Duration: 6 Months

Interview: MS Teams (Final round may be face-to-face in Charlotte or Jersey City; role is based in Charlotte)

Role Overview

The Senior Software Engineer will be part of a team working on mission-critical Capital Markets projects providing technical expertise across development architecture and implementation. The role involves close collaboration with business users analysts and the broader development team to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Must Have Skills

Strong hands-on experience with C#/.NET (C is a plus)
Solid programming background with strong computer science and math fundamentals
Experience with data/message transfer and processing design
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
Ability to solve problems independently with minimal supervision

Nice to Have

Fixed Income / Capital Markets domain experience
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
