Job Title : .NET Application Lead (Child Welfare SACWIS/CCWIS WPF MVC WCF/WebAPI Oracle PL/SQL)

Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Qualifications:

Proven experience in designing developing and supporting child welfare applications in compliance with SACWIS or CCWIS federal regulations.
Hands-on experience developing applications using C# Framework 4.0 or higher.
Experience building applications with Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) and .
Experience developing and consuming services using WCF and Web API.
Strong understanding and practical application of MVC MVVM or similar architectural design patterns.
Experience using SQL and PL/SQL including writing stored procedures functions and packages in Oracle 10g or higher environments.
Experience performing regression testing and integration testing to ensure application stability and quality.
Experience writing unit tests using Rhino Mocks for effective test coverage and mocking dependencies.
