About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative / Sales Engineer to help grow our 3rd-party business. This role bridges sales and technical teams ensuring customer requirements are fully understood and addressed. Ideal candidates will have sales experience combined with an engineering background and a strong ability to identify opportunities build relationships and execute targeted campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement tender/proposal strategies
Conduct reviews of tender/proposal key components and clarify requirements
Assess opportunities engage prospects and qualify leads
Plan cross-sell and upsell initiatives
Prepare negotiate and manage sales quotes and contract amendments
Handle contract suspension early termination and renewal processes
Investigate and validate events collect market and unit intelligence
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet customer requirements

Qualifications:

Sales experience in a technical or engineering environment
Strong understanding of engineering processes or products
Proven ability to identify and capture business opportunities
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
U.S. Citizenship
