Job Summary

Software Platform Architect (Azure Cloud Native)
Location: Santa Clara

Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Platform Architect with expertise in application development and modernization with Cloud Native expertise. The ideal candidate will design and implement scalable secure and resilient cloud-native platforms ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology standards.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and design large enterprise grade highly scalable and resilient software platforms with cloud-native architecture (PaaS SaaS) leveraging Microsoft Azure services.
Define platform architecture design standards and coding guidelines best practices and governance for 100% adherence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of platform components.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies for Azure ecosystem.
Ensure security compliance and performance optimization across all platform layers.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
Develop architecture documentation and present solutions to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in architecting cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure.
Strong understanding of Azure services such as AKS App Services Functions and Azure DevOps.
OOPS and code reusability
Expertise in microservices architecture containerization (Docker Kubernetes).
Proficiency in designing secure and scalable distributed systems.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or ARM templates.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with hybrid cloud and multi-cloud strategies.
Knowledge of Azure AI and Data services.
Familiarity with cloud cost optimization and FinOps practices.
Azure certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
Experience
10 years in software development and architecture roles with at least 5 years focused on Azure cloud-native solutions.
