Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Frontend Developer to join our growing team in Indore. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise logical and problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for UI/UX design. This role involves building high-quality scalable frontend applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior developers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and contribute to frontend development initiatives across projects
Mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
Develop maintain and optimize scalable applications using and
Design and implement responsive high-performance user interfaces
Ensure consistent styling and branding using Tailwind CSS CSS and SCSS
Collaborate with designers backend teams and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences
Participate in code reviews debugging and performance optimization activities
Support deployment and CI/CD processes (basic knowledge of Docker and AWS is a plus)
Required Skills & Qualifications
2.5 years of professional experience in frontend development
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6) with a solid understanding of core concepts such as closures hoisting and async/await
Hands-on experience with and frameworks
Expertise in frontend styling using Tailwind CSS CSS and SCSS
Strong analytical debugging and logical reasoning skills
Understanding of frontend architecture performance optimization and deployment processes
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and clients
