We are looking for aDynamics 365 CRM Techno-Functional Specialistwho thrives on solving business challenges with scalable CRM solutions. If youre passionate about configuring customizing and extending Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) to empower sales and service teamsthis role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE (Sales & Customer Service) modules based on business needs.
- Develop Power Automate flows custom Plugins JavaScript scripts and Canvas/Model-Driven PowerApps.
- Design and implement business process automations entity customizations and UI enhancements.
- Integrate D365 CRM with third-party systems REST APIs and Azure services.
- Leverage Dataverse Power BI and AI-driven insights to enhance CRM intelligence and reporting.
- Implement role-based security field-level access controls and data governance policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business users to translate requirements into functional CRM solutions.
- Participate in solution testing documentation and user training as part of end-to-end delivery.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8 years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement) with a focus on Sales and Customer Service modules.
- Proven techno-functional expertise: configuration customization and light development within D365 CE.
- Strong knowledge of Power Platform tools: PowerApps Power Automate Dataverse.
- Experience with custom development using Plugins JavaScript C# and API integrations.
- Understanding of solution architecture workflow design and CRM best practices.
- Familiarity with Azure security models and compliance standards in enterprise CRM environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
