The Role
Provide administrative and compliance support to the firms Compliance team
Assist with day-to-day compliance monitoring and internal checks
Support AML/KYC processes including client due diligence and onboarding reviews
Maintain accurate compliance records registers and documentation
Assist with regulatory filings audits and internal reviews
Respond to compliance-related queries from across the business
Support the implementation and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures
The Person
Minimum 1 years experience in a compliance risk or regulatory support role
Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements ideally within a legal or professional services environment
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively
Professional discreet and able to handle confidential information
Proficient in Microsoft Office and compliance systems
