We areseeking a highly motivatedFounders Associate Intern (f/m/d) to join us starting mid-April 2026. Youll collaborate with our CEO other C-Level and Leadership team members andour Founders Associate full-timein a fast-moving VC-funded startup working on various exciting aspects of our business.

We areseeking a highly motivatedFounders Associate Intern (f/m/d) to join us starting mid-April 2026. Youll collaborate with our CEO other C-Level and Leadership team members andour Founders Associate full-timein a fast-moving VC-funded startup working on various exciting aspects of our business.
YOUR MISSION
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and the Founders Associate not only on daily tasks but also in advancing and driving strategic initiatives across the company.
- Provide support in financial modeling and budgeting ensuring a transparent view of financial performance and future projections.
- Perform market research and analysis to facilitate and enable strategic projects and decision-making.
- Identify and address improvements in processes and operations to ensure scalability.
- Aid in the creation of reports and presentations for the C-Level investors or other external stakeholders.
- Participate in special projects initiated by the C-Level encompassing a wide range of scopes and topics and offer assistance to teams when critical.
- Additionally cover operational processes end-to-end.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Strong determination to go the extra mile coupled with a willingness to tackle essential tasks head-on.
- Swift adaptability to shifting priorities within a dynamic business environment.
- An analytical and data-driven mindset along with proficient Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Prior internship experience in consulting investment banking high-growth startups VC/PE or another dynamic fast-paced setting.
- Nearing the final stages or successful completion of your academic (bachelors/masters) journey with outstanding achievements.
- Excellent communication abilities in English.
- Residing in Berlin or demonstrating a willingness to relocate to Berlin for the duration of the internship.
- A valid working permit in Germany.
- Available from April 15 2026 for a minimum of 4 months.
