Job Summary
About your tasks:
Support & automate manual ticket handling processes and help transform repetitive tasks into efficient scalable workflows.
Work on process automation initiatives from idea to implementation within the Data & AI department.
Streamline and document processes creating clear best practices that can be reused across teams.
Collaborate with data AI and business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities with real impact.
Qualifications :
About you:
You are currently enrolled in a Masters degree in a technical field (e.g. Computer Science Data Science Artificial Intelligence Engineering or similar).
You enjoy analyzing processes and are motivated to improve them through automation.
You have hands-on experience with programming (familiarity with JQL Python or PowerShell is a plus) and are curious about other scripting or automation technologies.
You like to work collaboratively and dont enjoy solving technical challenges on your own.
