Job Summary
Your role
Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in People & Culture and Learning & Development in a fast-growing company As a Working Studentin our People & Organizationteam you will support both operational and development initiatives helping us build efficient processes and impactful learning programs.
- People & Culture Operations (P&C):
- Maintain and update employee data in Personio
- Prepare reports and analyses from Personio to support decision-making
- Assist with administrative processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding)
- Create P&C documents such as employment references contract addendums and certificates
- Support initiatives like Annual Reviews and Job Architecture
- Learning & Development (L&D):
- Coordinate internal trainings and workshops with trainers
- Manage projects for L&D initiatives including planning organization and follow-up
- Support the development and maintenance of the L&D framework
- Create and update learning materials guidelines and internal playbooks
- Assist with training evaluations feedback analysis and reporting
Your profile
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration Psychology Business Law or a related field with a focus on Human Resources
- You thrive in a high-speed environment while maintaining an overview during shifting priorities
- Strong attention to detail and a highly precise discreet and service-oriented way of working
- A flexible mindset with the ability to tackle problems directly and proactively
- You should be enrolled for at least one to two more years during your lecture-free periods you can work up to 40 hours per week and otherwise up to 20 hours per week on a minimum of three days
- Excellent communication skills with minimum B2 in both English and German
