Job Summary
Description
- To provide on time reports that support the analysis for main region KPIs that include but can change over year Sales Orders VCM ITO and general TWC.
- Actuals Vs Budget Actuals Vs Forecast Actuals Vs prior year discipline formats improvements on time reporting is necessary each month.
- Propose actions and solutions for main tasks or concerns in analysis review
- Team work with all areas to provide details and support for the analysis.
- Provide support and coordination for each year Budget process.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economy Industrial Engineer Accounting or finance with studies or specialization in related finance knowledge/expertise.
- 4+ years work experience.
- Experience working with international teams across different cultures desirable
- ERP Oracle and SAP preferred.
- Knowledge experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office specially Excel Word Power BI and Power Point or similar
- Experience with different Finance areas SOX and US GAAP Knowledge desirable.
- Medium-High English communication capabilities.
- Customer Service attitude.
Demonstrable experience in FP&A related taks financial analysis preparation of budgets and forecast understanding of business partnership concepts manage teams across regions and cultures.
