Sydney International Airport World-Leading Premium Lounge

Our Lounge teams work in some of the worlds most renowned airport lounges across Australia providing first class hospitality to travellers looking for a touch of luxury sophistication and the highest service standards that our country has to offer. The roles will see you interacting with local and international guests and no two days will ever be the same.

The Position

Prepare fresh high-quality food using premium ingredients
Enjoy a low-stress work environment within a highly supportive team
Ensure compliance with OH&S and food safety procedures
Maintain inventory levels manage food costs and minimise waste
Uphold top-tier cleanliness and hygiene standards
Deliver exceptional culinary experiences to first and business class guests in a world-leading premium lounge environment
Must be available to work midnight shift start 00.30AM to 08.30AM

The Person

Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
Experience in Production Buffet and a la carte service preferred.
Passion for quality presentation and delivering exceptional service
Strong knowledge of food safety standards
A flexible approach to fortnightly roster pattern
A hands-on team player who thrives in a collaborative setting
Must have the legal right to work in Australia as no sponsorships will be offered
ASIC security clearance card or a willingness to obtain. (We will provide)
