Full-time position supporting a large mobile home and RV community.
Landscaping: Mow lawn remove weeds and brush and complete other yard work including leaf and debris removal.
Groundskeeping: Pick up trash and debris and clean common areas.
Plumbing: Open clogged drains fix leaks expose and identify sources or external water or sewer leaks and perform other plumbing jobs.
Electrical: Change light bulbs replace fixtures change fuses and meters and complete similar electrical tasks.
Carpentry: Perform simple carpentry tasks such as installing doors replacing locks and repairing steps rails and fencing.
Touch-up painting and repaint buildings or rooms as required.
Complete other basic maintenance tasks as assigned.

Requirements

1 year of property maintenance experience including basic electrical and plumbing
1 year of landscaping experience
Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred
Ability to respond to after hour emergencies.
Ability to push pull lift 50 pounds.
Basic computer knowledge
Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
Must be able to pass background and drug screening.

Pay and Benefits
