We offer:

Competitive starting salary: $90900 - $93800.00

The Supports Director provides strategic leadership for supports ensuring high-quality person-centred and person directed services. This role drives innovation manages resources effectively and fosters a culture of growth and accountability across teams.

Qualifications/Experience/Conditions:

Post-secondary education through Community College Diploma or University Degree with specialization in the Human Services or related field of study.
Post-graduate certification in Leadership/Business Management.
8 years progressive leadership experience within the Developmental Services or related sector with a clear understanding of Journey to Belonging and Ministry of Children and Community Social Services (MCCSS) legislative standards.
Excellent interpersonal skills and intermediate computer skills.
You must have a valid Class G drivers license and a reliable vehicle for use at work.
A clear Vulnerable Sector Screening is a condition of employment.
