Misiune / Obiective:

Conduce și supraveghează din camera de comandă procesul de fabricație (măcinare materii prime ciment cocs și arderea clincherului) pentru menținerea parametrilor tehnologici și de calitate în limitele admisibile.

ResponsabilitățiSănătate și securitate în muncă:

Respectă politica și procedurile SSM legislația aplicabilă și regulile interne privind situații de urgență mediu și sustenabilitate.

Specifice postului:

Monitorizează fluxul tehnologic și parametrii pentru buna funcționare a ă incidentele apărute pe flux și analizează datele cu ajutorul graficelor KM și ABB.
Completează raportul de tură cu detalii despre funcționarea utilajelor și măsurile măsuri pentru corectarea parametrilor în caz de dereglări.
Supraveghează umplerea celulelor și depozitarea conform procedurilor.
Asigură combinația de materii conform țintelor chimice (ex. Al₂O₃).
Comunică permanent cu personalul de flux și alte departamente pentru prevenirea incidentelor.
Respectă procedurile standard (SOP) și participă la revizuirea lor.
Predă/primește schimbul cu transmiterea completă a informațiilor.
Monitorizează accesul în zone fierbinți și camerele CCTV anunțând incidentele conform procedurilor.
Participă la vizite și lucrări în perioadele de oprire a instalației inclusiv la înălțime.

Cerințe:

Cunoaștere detaliată a fluxului tehnologic și a parametrilor de proces.
Înțelegerea rolului și funcțiilor utilajelor pentru interpretarea corectă a datelor.
Capacitatea de analiză și anticipare a incidentelor.
Abilități de comunicare și colaborare cu echipele procedurilor și normelor SSM.
Disponibilitate pentru activități în perioade de oprire (vizite lucrări la înălțime).
