We are seeking a Director to lead Scrum Masters and Product Owners within our Apps area part of Software Solutions (SWS). This role is pivotal in shaping our agile culture developing our people and ensuring delivery excellence across our organization.

Based in our Warsaw office you will lead a team of Scrum Masters and Product Owners focusing on people leadership and supporting software development teams across the organization.
In Software Solutions you will join a diverse group of colleagues who work every day to deliver cutting-edge software products and platforms that enable millions of people worldwide to benefit from our solutions.
You will be a peer to the Agile Release Train Leadership Team (ART LT) and line organization and work closely with them to ensure alignment and delivery excellence. Additionally you will work with the RTE who will collaborate directly with you and the Scrum Masters in Apps to ensure strong alignment and collaboration between agile leadership at the department and area will report to the Senior Director responsible for the Apps area in SWS.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Scrum Masters and Product Owners in the Apps area focusing on people leadership agile and high performance.
- Enable and champion the agile and DevOps journey by providing coaching resources and strategic guidance to Scrum Masters and Product Owners ensuring they are equipped to support the ARTs transformation led by the RTE.
- Coach and mentor agile leaders (Scrum Masters Product Owners) to enable highly performing teams and foster a product- oriented culture.
- Work in close partnership with Product Managers to support Product Owners in delivering value and aligning product vision and execution.
- Support the RTE and Scrum Masters in cross-team alignment and change management focusing on people development and readiness for adoption of new ways of working.
- Support change management initiatives ensuring teams adapt effectively to evolving business needs.
- Promote a culture of engagement innovation and openness within Apps and the broader Software Solutions organization.
- Champion a growth mindset and openness to change helping teams adapt to new processes and tools.

Your Profile
- Extensive experience in leading leaders and product teams in a software development environment.
- Strong background in agile methodologies and DevOps practices preferably SAFe (training provided if needed).
- Proven track record as a change leader with experience in large-scale agile and DevOps transformations.
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking product development experience and technical understanding.
- Higher education in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Fluent in English for effective collaboration in a global setting.
- Passionate about driving and sustaining organizational change.
