Job Details
Responsibilities:
Data processing job orders and organising collection and delivery of customer shipments
Liaising with customers agents carriers and other World Courier offices
Preparing and executing customer shipments for air export and air import
Utilising companys shipment processing systems and completing regulatory clearances
Organise shipment collections and deliveries with domestic and international agents
Actively monitoring shipments in transit initiating effective action as necessary to rectify issues
Basic customer service tasks
Collect and deliver customer shipments which may include pharmaceuticals biologicals and dangerous goods
Prepare temperature-controlled packaging systems as required

Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in the logistics space
Other Requirements:
Must have and always maintain a current New South Wales driver license
Must be able to:
Work rostered hours mainly 1000 to 1800 Monday to Friday which includes working additional hours as business demands
Work weekends and public holidays when required
Be on-call and perform on-call duties as rostered
Attend callouts as necessary
Have the ability to work autonomously during weekends and public holidays
In a professional proficient accurate and timely manner
In a manner that exceeds the organisations and customers expectations
