This role is designed for a finance professional who is eager to work at an independent Wealth Management Firm. You will work directly alongside senior leadership to provide bespoke financial strategies ensuring a world-class experience for a diverse and sophisticated client base.
Primary Responsibilities
- Strategic Advisor Support:Partner with Lead Advisors to manage high-net-worth client relationships and execute complex financial planning initiatives.
- Financial Planning & Analysis:Develop and refine comprehensive financial plans investment reports and customized presentations for client reviews.
- Client Engagement:Active participation in client meetings including capturing key takeaways managing follow-up deliverables and ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Operational Excellence:Oversee the client onboarding process and coordinate with the operations department to handle account servicing and portfolio maintenance.
- Research & Strategy:Perform market research and provide actionable recommendations regarding investment vehicles and wealth-building strategies.
- Professional Development:Maintain a deep mastery of financial planning software investment products and evolving market trends.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education:Bachelors degree in Finance Economics or a related field. An MBA or advanced financial degree is highly desirable.
- Licensing:ActiveFINRA Series 7 and 65(or Series 66) are required.
- Certification:CFP designationis strongly preferred (or significant progress toward completion).
- Experience:2 years of professional experience in financial planning or wealth management specifically working with high-net-worth (HNW) individuals.
- You should be a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative fast-paced environment.
