The Role
Were hiring a Lawn Care and Irrigation Manager to lead our lawn maintenance and irrigation division. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on field operations team supervision and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and schedule daily lawn care and irrigation operations
- Diagnose turf health issues and irrigation system problems
- Manage the installation and repair of residential and commercial irrigation systems
- Ensure proper application of fertilizer weed/pest control and aeration
- Train and mentor crew members promoting safety and performance
- Interact with clients to provide estimates and service updates
- Maintain tools equipment and material inventory
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in lawn care turf management and irrigation systems
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Valid drivers license
- SD Pesticide Applicator License (or ability to obtain)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
