What Youll Do

This position plays a vital operational and creative support role helping our sales and promotions teams execute advertising campaigns promotions and events while delivering exceptional experiences for clients and listeners.

Sales Support & Administration

Assist Outside Sales Executives and Sales Management with daily administrative needs.
Enter advertising orders and continuity instructions for the traffic department.
Maintain client records track sales activity and update CRM systems
Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings with clients and prospects.
Prepare customized sales proposals and presentations.
Communicate with clients regarding campaign details and performance.
Generate sales reports and assist with revenue tracking.

Promotions:

Engage with listeners via phone contests and social media.
Assist with the planning setup execution and breakdown of station events and live remotes.
Help coordinate vendors clients and promotional partnerships
Develop and support creative promotions and contests.
Create update and manage content across social media and digital platforms.
Drive audience engagement using social referrals and digital tools.
Work closely with Sales and Programming to bring client ideas to life.

What Were Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational time-management and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work calmly under deadlines and changing priorities.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable interacting with clients listeners and the public.
Public speaking skills and confidence in live event settings.
Team-oriented positive and adaptable attitude.

Technical & Platform Experience

Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
Experience with social media platforms and engagement metrics.
Familiarity with vCreative Promo Aptivada and Adobe preferred.
Graphic design skills are a plus.
Knowledge of FCC rules and regulations preferred.

Additional Requirements

Ability to assist with scheduling Street Team staff.
Valid drivers license and fully insured personal vehicle.
Ability to lift and assist with event setup as needed.
Prior broadcast or media industry experience is a plus but not required.
