Otolaryngologist Surgeon opportunity in Phoenix AZ
The Department of Surgery is seeking a General Otolaryngologist to join our growing practice. This immediate opening offers the opportunity to become part of a busy well-established clinical and academic ENT service within a community-based university-affiliated teaching hospital and ACS-verified Level I Trauma and Burn Center located in metropolitan Phoenix.
Please note: ENT providers have no facial trauma call responsibilities.
Position Overview
The selected candidate will become a key member of a robust general ENT practice providing high-quality patient care while contributing to the departments academic mission. This role includes active participation in the education and supervision of residents medical students and staff. Responsibilities include:
- Supervising and mentoring residents medical students and clinical staff
- Participating in teaching activities such as elective rotations didactic lectures and in-service education
- Providing comprehensive general otolaryngology care in both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Engaging in opportunities to develop focused clinical interests including otology sinus/skull base or head and neck practice areas
Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
- Strong interest in resident and medical student education
- Commitment to supporting the departments mission in post-residency medical education
- Excellent clinical teaching and communication skills
