Mini Masterminds is an award-winning childcare organisation with 20 Centres across NSW. Our Centres offer nurturing stimulating environments where childrens individuality is celebrated creativity is encouraged and lifelong learning begins. Children enjoy unique extracurricular activities such as Mini Masterchefs Mini Champions Mini Yoga and Mini Linguistics.

We are excited to announce the opening of our brand new Ermington Centre set to open at the end of January 2026. This beautiful new service will feature three rooms providing a warm and engaging space for children to learn grow and thrive.

We are seeking passionateCertificate III Diploma or Degree qualified Childcare Educators to join the team. This is a hands on on the floor role where you will lead a room mentor educators implement high quality programs and support childrens growth curiosity and development.

• • Support educators in delivering exciting play-based learning experiences.

  • Build nurturing and respectful relationships with children and families.

  • Assist with daily routines activities and care needs in your room.

  • Maintain a clean safe and engaging learning environment.

  • Contribute ideas to program planning and learning activities.

  • Follow all health safety and compliance procedures.

  Qualifications and Skills

  • Certificate III Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)

  • Current Working with Children Check

  • Current First Aid CPR Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)

  • Child Protection training/certificate (or willingness to obtain)

  • Positive team-focused attitude and strong communication skills

  • Passion for working with children and supporting their development
