Job Summary
University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Workers to provide high-quality care and support to clients inNorthville MI. This role involves assisting clients with daily activities promoting independence and ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing dressing grooming and toileting.
- Support clients with mobility and transfers to prevent falls and injuries.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding according to dietary requirements.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe home environment.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Monitor clients health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow care plans and company policies to ensure quality service delivery.
Requirements
- Previous experience in home care or a related field is a plus but not necessary.
- Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and family members.
- Reliable punctual and able to work independently.
- Valid drivers license/ Id card and reliable transportation to make it to the client home.
