Gen AI Developer

Job Summary

Synechron is seeking an experienced and innovative Gen AI Developer to lead the design development and deployment of generative AI solutions. This role involves leveraging state-of-the-art AI models and frameworks to build scalable secure and impactful applications that enhance business processes and customer engagement. You will collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to integrate AI technology seamlessly into existing systems ensuring high standards of performance security and ethical AI practices. Your expertise will drive the organizations AI-driven transformation and ensure the delivery of cutting-edge solutions.

Software Requirements

Required Software Skills:

• Python (with libraries such as TensorFlow PyTorch Hugging Face Transformers)

• Experience with large language models (LLMs) like GPT BERT T5 etc.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms for AI services including AWS Azure or GCP

• Frameworks for model training and inference (TensorFlow PyTorch)

• Version control (Git)

• CI/CD tools (Jenkins GitLab CI Azure DevOps)

Preferred Software Skills:

• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)

• Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow Kubeflow)

• Familiarity with NLP libraries (SpaCy NLTK) and multimodal models

• Knowledge of data engineering tools (Apache Spark Kafka)

Overall Responsibilities

• Design develop and fine-tune large-scale generative AI models and solutions tailored to diverse business use cases.

• Collaborate with data scientists engineers and product teams to define requirements develop prototypes and implement production-grade AI systems.

• Optimize models for efficiency scalability and accuracy while maintaining ethical AI standards.

• Incorporate AI integrations seamlessly into applications APIs or backend systems ensuring security and compliance.

• Conduct model evaluations troubleshoot technical issues and monitor ongoing model performance.

• Stay updated with the latest research tools and trends in generative AI and advise on adoption strategies.

• Document technical approaches model architectures and best practices for knowledge sharing.

• Required: Python (optional but preferred: Java C)

• Preferred: Python 3.7 with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow PyTorch)

• SQL (MySQL PostgreSQL)

• NoSQL (MongoDB Elasticsearch) (preferred)

• Experience with data lakes (e.g. AWS S3 GCS) is advantageous

Experience Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional hands-on experience in AI and software development with a focus on generative models.

• Proven success deploying large-scale AI/machine learning models in production environments.

• Experience working with cloud-based AI solutions and MLOps workflows.

• Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable AI solutions.

Day-to-Day Activities

• Develop train and optimize generative models for language image or multi-modal outputs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop use cases technical specifications and deployment plans.

• Build and maintain API integrations for AI models leveraging REST gRPC or other protocols.

• Monitor model performance troubleshoot issues and implement iterative improvements.

• Conduct research sessions on emerging techniques and incorporate innovations into solutions.

• Write technical documentation prepare reports and share best practices across teams.

• Contribute to setting standards for AI model governance security and deployment procedures.

Qualifications

• Masters or PhD degree in Computer Science Data Science AI or related fields.

• Certifications in AI/ML (e.g. TensorFlow AWS Certified Machine Learning) are a plus.

• Experience with large language models multimodal AI or conversational AI is highly desirable.

• Proven record of deploying AI solutions at scale aligned with ethical and business standards.
