Job Summary

What youll be doing
- Provide comprehensive care for older patients with complex medical needs.
- Manage chronic conditions and coordinate multidisciplinary care plans.
- Participate in clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives.
Mater support
Mater will support you in your transition to private practice including access to established referral networks administrative assistance and a collaborative environment to help you succeed.
Clinical / Technical Competencies
- Proof of qualification and registration
- Expertise in geriatric medicine and complex care management.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative approach to patient care.
