Job Summary

Job Description: L3Harris Technologies Inc. is seeking a Sr. Specialist Industrial Security in Camden NJ. The Sr. Specialist Industrial Security position will maintain up-to-date records of COMSEC inventory and submit required accounting reports IAW policies and procedures.

Essential Functions:

Programming and local distribution of COMSEC devices to include but not limited to; Secure Telephone Equipment (STE) Sectera vIPer Universal Secure phone and network encryptor solutions (i.e. TACLANEs).
Coordinate and track actions necessary to ensure all COMSEC materials are delivered to customer locations.
Order receipt loading and management of COMSEC keying material using devices such as the Key Management Infrastructure (KMI) and Simple Key Loader (SKL) and other devices as necessary.
Ensure each COMSEC Element accounts (KMI and DIAS) follow NSA policies.
Work with large COMSEC inventories and be familiar with chip to board to unit progression.
Provide technical and administrative support to COMSEC equipment holders.
Update and maintain the SOPs for multiple COMSEC activities.
Re-key/upgrade all circuits as required.
Assist in properly storing managing and maintaining accountability within KMI and DIAS on all COMSEC material and assets.
Ensure prompt and accurate preparation signature and submission of account correspondence message and accounting reports.
Aid in corporate and DCSA assessments.
Other duties assigned within the Security Office.

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree and minimum 6 years of KMI & DIAS experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of KMI & DIAS lieu of a degree minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
TS/SCI security clearance with ability to obtain a CI poly
Experience working in a COMSEC Account with a large volume of transactions and hand receipts.
Have completed required NSA COMSEC training within the required performance timelines.
