Job Summary

Overview:

Our Client is a National Finance Broking & Buyers Advocacy firm providing tailored finance and real estate solutions to help our clients achieve financial freedom through strategic loan structuring and the acquisition of high-performing properties.

As they extend their operations within Australia and expand internationally into Southeast Asia they are seeking a highly motivated Senior Broker/Loan Writer to join our dynamic team.

About the Role:

As our Senior Broker/Loan Writer you will:

Convert inbound leads and referred leads into appointments
Prospect customers over the phone to discuss their needs and lending requirements
Conduct residential and commercial loan assessments research lender policy and identify the most suitable loan structure and lending solution to clients
Present loan strategy (game plan) to clients and make lender recommendations
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients referral partners and lender business development managers
Liaise with lenders solicitors conveyancers and real-estate agents
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the mortgage industry including products regulations and market trends.

Who We Are Looking For:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Mortgage Broker or Loan Writer
Cert IV/Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking is highly regarded but not essential
Proven experience in Residential and Commercial lending. SMSF and business lending experience is preferred but not essential.
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines and targets
Extremely high attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
