RWC Delivery Manager 100%

Your contribution

Objective

Lead and coordinate the delivery of complex integration (RWC) projects maintaining close communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality safe on-time and cost-controlled project delivery.

Project implementation:

RWC project after-sales service from order to delivery.

Detailed project planning for RWC projects including definition of project timeline and resource needed

Serves as coordinator in communication among Tecan internals supplier/partner and customer.

Define the RWC project roadmap oversee solution design cost estimation supplier selection and manage delivery aspects such as cost or schedule control.

Teamwork with Labwerx engineer to setup project factory and site acceptance test.

Teamwork with FSE for installation of project and facilitate of acceptance at customer site

Teamwork with Application engineer for mothed development and customer training

Report project plan progress and risks to superiors on schedule.

Sales support

Work closely with the pre-sales team to provide RWC project pre-sales recommendations.

Assists pre-sales engineer for feasibility study risk control and cost analysis.

Other technical sales support when needed including customer visits e.g. site inspection and preparation.

Internal sharing and training to improve team expertise

Further tasks as ordered by superiors

Planning coordination and control (timeline and budget) of owned RWC projects

Project realization in compliance with given safety and TQS regulations

Technical guidance and surveillance of team members during realization of owned RWC projects

Efficient execution of tasks (in the limits of capabilities and regulations)

Manage supplier and customer relationships ensuring alignment with contractual terms and service expectations.

Prepare and deliver regular project reports to key stakeholders.

Ensure all applications and related developments comply with Tecans security and compliance standards.

Good quality of own work and of the work of team members in owned RWC projects

Your background

Technical or scientific education (Bachelor/Master) or other related background
5 years of work experience for complex lab automation service provider
Lead or deeply involved in at least 3 complex lab automation projects especially during implementation
Familiar with at least one mainstream lab automation scheduling software.
Knowledge of biological or chemical applications and instrumentation
Experience in academic or biopharma lab processes
Knowledge of project management
