Reporting to the Vice President Child Care and Development the Child Care Administrator plays a key role in supporting the effective operation of YMCA-YWCA of Winnipeg child care programs by providing coordinated administrative support across recruitment onboarding compliance reporting and registration functions. The role ensures accurate documentation timely reporting and adherence to organizational policies and provincial child care regulations while supporting child care leaders and staff with day-to-day administrative needs. Through collaboration attention to detail and a commitment to the Ys mission and values the Child Care Administrator contributes to a positive workplace culture and the delivery of high-quality inclusive child care services.
