What You Will Do
Lead InnovationTraining:Convert stakeholder needs into a comprehensive training strategy integrating metrics and KPIs to measure success.
Develop and Implement Training Programs:Partner with subject matter experts to produceand deliverrobust sustainable high-level training content forfieldservice associatesand managers.
Performance Measurement:Develop and track performance metrics thatvalidatethe effectiveness of training strategies.
ResourceCreation &Optimization:Innovateandrepurpose existingresources orcreate new onesto enhance training outcomes and efficiency.
Prioritization & Organization:Organize and address competing priorities efficiently ensuringtimelyexecution of multiple initiatives.

Position Details
Hybrid role with 1-2 days per week in our Eagan MN Training Center.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors Degree
5 years of learning and development experience
Experience in both strategy development and implementation
Preferred Qualifications
eLearning design experience technical development and troubleshooting of web-based training modules
Experience with SCORM and Articulate 360
Workday LearningAdministration knowledge
MS Office Suiteproficient
