HSE Engineer (Da Nang & Central)

General Description

• Supervising checking and ensuring strict compliance with regulations and standards related to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and Environmental Protection (EP)during the construction phase of project. Report directly to Technical Manager and the Investor.
• Our job performance is within the framework of the BV Quality Assurance System QHSE policy Codes of Ethics and BV Groups policies and procedures.

Tasks Activities Responsibilities

1. General Responsibilities:

HSE Engineer is responsible for monitoring and ensuring that the contractors construction activities comply with all relevant health and safety regulations.

1. Main Duties:

• Supervising Labor Safety Environmental Sanitation and Fire Prevention & Fighting of the Project.
• Coordinating with other teams of Construction Management and Construction Supervision Consultancy Team Employer and Relevant Contractors in Labor Safety Environmental Sanitation and Fire Prevention & Fighting.
• To control and propose solutions set up working plan on Labor Safety Environmental Sanitation and Fire Prevention & Fighting to obtain the highest effect.
• Attending the periodical & unscheduled meetings as well as implementing the reports about Labor Safety Environmental Sanitation and Fire Prevention & Fighting.
• Along with the relevant parties conduct a periodical and random inspection on Labor Safety Environmental Sanitation and Fire Prevention & Fighting at site.
• Follow up on resolution of non-compliance reports (NCRs)
• Coordinating in implementation of managing documents relating to Labor Safety Environmental Sanitation and Fire Prevention.

1. Reporting & Others:

• Liaise with Technical Manager as appropriate for any other technical assistance

Candidate Profile

• Bachelors degree inoccupational safety & healthor a related field
• 5 years of experience as HSE Engineer
• Have certificate of occupational safety training group II.
• Knowledge about safety measures and standards
• Knowledge about checking the safety equipment especially at site
