What tasks are waiting for you
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather analyze and document business requirements ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Responsible for developing documenting and executing manual and automated test cases test plans and test scripts for functional regression performance and system testing.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining test documentation including test case specifications test results and testing reports.
- Collaborating with the team to develop test strategies rooted in collected requirements.
- Execute comprehensive exploratory testing activities to identify potential risks and validate user scenarios.
- Identify document and manage defects working closely with your team to ensure timely resolution and quality product delivery.
- As part of an Agile Team you will work on user stories acceptance criteria and related documentation artifacts to support Agile development practices.
- Continuously identify areas for process improvement propose solutions and implement best practices to enhance overall product quality and team flow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and product stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
- Coordinate with product designers to ensure user flow.
Apply if you:
- have proven experience as a Business Analyst and/or Test Developer ideally in a hybrid role.
- have Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Audiology or related field.
- are fluent in English enabling you to work effectively in multinational teams.
- possess good technical and non-technical communication skills.
- possess analytical skills and an agile mindset.
Nice To Have:
- Experience in audiology or as a healthcare professional.
- Experience in the software development life cycle (SDLC) and/or the software testing life cycle (STLC).
- Experience with tools like Miro Jira Confluence or similar.
- Knowledge of scripting or programming languages (e.g. Python PowerShell) for testing purposes.
- Certification in quality assurance (e.g. ISTQB) or business analysis (e.g. IREB).
