Are you highly organised detail-oriented and thrive on managing administrative systems If so we have the perfect opportunity for you as Sentinel Property Group as the Personal Assistant to the CEO!

What would your day-to-day look like

As the CEOs Personal Assistant you will provide high-level support and assistance to the Executive Assistant ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office. You will manage the CEOs calendar coordinate appointments and meetings handle communication and maintain confidentiality. Your role will also include making travel arrangements preparing documents and presentations and providing administrative support during executive-level meetings. Building a strong rapport with the Executive team will be essential to facilitate effective interaction and communication.

Are you someone with

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (desirable but not required).
  • Ideally 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office platforms.
  • Experience in the property sector would be well-regarded.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
