Synergie Australia is seeking Bin Runners required on DAYshifts for renowned waste company located in the inner suburb of Melbourne.

The important parts:
Day shift: 5:30am 1:36pm
$36.70 per hour Casual Ongoing
5 shifts a week with possibility of permanency
Must be available for full-time hours

What you will be required to do:
As a Bin Runner you will be required to:

• Manually wheel out and return kerbside bins for servicing across residential commercial or high-traffic city areas.
• Work with driver to safely load bins onto the truck and operate lifting mechanisms as required.
• Communicate with driver to ensure the smooth navigation of tight laneways complex intersections or unexpected hazards.
• Perform visual checks of waste contents when required (e.g. contamination identification for recycling or FOGO services).
• Utilise a job allocation tablet (iPad) throughout the shift to manage run sheets record job completions and report any collection issues.
• Maintain awareness of surroundings at all times for public safety especially in densely populated or pedestrian-heavy zones.

To be successful in the role you will:

• Austrlian Citizens or Permanant Residents need only apply.
• Strong work ethic and understands the importance of showing up reliably
• Fit healthy and able to handle a physically active role
• Works well as part of a team and supports crew mate
• Tech-savvy and confident using an iPad for job allocation and completion
• Committed to following safety procedures and looking out for others
