Job Summary
Premier Chevrolet of Buena Park is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Internet Sales professional to join our team in Buena Park this role you will be the primary point of contact for online customers managing sales inquiries and providing exceptional service to help customers find their perfect vehicle. You will work closely with our sales team to convert internet leads into satisfied customers ensuring a seamless and positive buying experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to all internet sales inquiries and leads.
- Engage with customers through phone email and chat to answer questions and provide vehicle information.
- Schedule appointments and facilitate test drives with potential buyers.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to convert leads and close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system.
- Stay knowledgeable about current vehicle inventory pricing and promotions.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
