Job Summary

Job Description:
- Tutor students ranging from K-12 reading and math programs.
- Engage students in meaningful learning experiences tailored to their individual needs.
- Provide guidance and support to students to help them achieve academic success.
- On-campus instruction opportunities available for classroom experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- Proficiency in teaching math and reading.
- Minimum 2 years of tutoring experience preferred.
- Passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
Availability:
Our hours are typically Monday-Friday 2:30-7:30 and Saturdays 9:30am-1:30pm. We prefer an availability that aligns with these hours.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly pay rate of $19 per hour.
- Sick pay accrued over time.
- Semi-monthly payment schedule.
- Additional opportunities to teach on-campus at local schools with an extra travel stipend.
