As a Bartender you are a master of your craft. You welcome guests with genuine warmth and care and engage them with your expertise and curated beverage recommendations. The bar environment may be fast-paced and demanding but you rise to the occasion with patience and grace.

Duties

• Provide guests with friendly and attentive service throughout their dining experience. Show them what Iconic Hospitality means!
• Assistguests with navigating our menu options. Utilize your extensive menu knowledge to recommend favorite beverage andfooditems per relevant likes dislikes and dietary needs.
• Ensuretimelyandaccurateinput of orders in the point-of-sale system.
• Monitor andassistwith the delivery of guest beverage andfoodorders.
• Prepare final guest checksin a timely mannerand run payments safely and securely.
• Resolve service issues and guest complaints with a sense of urgency poise and good Business.
• Reinforce guest identification requirements and age restrictions for alcohol salesin accordance withstate law.
• Follow all food and alcohol service and handling safety precautions and procedures.

Basic Qualifications

• 1-3 years customer serviceexperience(If you have high potential but less experience we still want to meet you!).
• Must have or be able to obtain valid local and/or state Food Handler and Alcohol Server/Seller permits.
• Possess a passion for hospitality and a proventrack recordof creating world-class hospitality experiences.
• Thrive in adynamicfast-paced work environment.
• Be able to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time; frequent bending reaching and stretching; repetitive manual tasks; and lift and carry up to 50lbs.
