As a future member of the team based in Poznań you will have the opportunity to:

• Create a stimulating team environment with an open communication culture
• Oversee day-to-day operation of your team
• Set clear goals for the team members
• Provide clear concise and relevant communication to ensure clarity of objectives and outputs required
• Engage with managers and customer stakeholders to ensure service is running smoothly
• Resolve customer escalation in a timely manner to avoid disruption and minimize business impact
• Plan and distribute workload appropriately to ensure that business needs and deadlines are met
• Take care of team members motivation and engagement

You are the ideal candidate if you have:

• Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor in Service Desk environment
• Excellent communication skills for working with team and stakeholders
• In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
• Availability to work in a hybrid model from our office in Poznań
• Fluent English (min. B2/C1)
• Decision-making skills
• Business maturity and professionalism in interactions with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to coordinate tasks and prioritize actions to meet deadlines and business goals
• Strong coordination skills to work activity for self and others
• Excellent proven customer service skills
