About the role:
- Permanent Part Time Position (3 days per week)

Are you wanting to take the next step in your career with Rocky Bay We are currently looking for a dedicated Team Leader for a Part Time role to lead a team of Support Workers to support our customers at the Gosnells Community hub.
As Team Leader your responsibilities will include:
- Mentoring and coaching of the Support Workers in your team
- Ensure the team provides an excellent quality of service to Rocky Bays customers
- Develop partnerships with Rocky Bay customers and their families to support continuous improvement of customer services
- Provide leadership to establish and maintain a culture of professionalism teamwork achievement and accountability
- Drive a culture of good governance ensuring that the reputation of Rocky Bay is held in high esteem and that Rocky Bay is consistently recognised as a leading brand
To be successful in this position you will demonstrate:
- Previous experience in a leadership role and a high level of understanding of leading support services within the community
- Strong understanding of NDIS
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Display attitude and behaviors which support the expressed values of Rocky Bay
- Demonstrated leadership ability to develop effective relationships and to motivate encourage and direct the efforts of others to meet all objectives
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
